We do not use Egg whites, Milk, Gelatin or Fish based fining agents on your wines. I use a product called ‘Vegecoll’ which is a vegetal (potato) protein on the whites which is also certified organic.
On the reds I will try and use no fining and rather try and get the tannin profile right during the making process. If I need to I will use ‘Polymust Press’ on the reds which is also a mixture of vegetal proteins and bentonite etc which is also Allergen Free like Vegecoll.
