Our 2019 Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon is world class. It looks fantastic with its dark ruby red colour and crimson hues. The aroma draws you in with its mixture of dark plums and blackcurrants and elegant French Oak in the background.
The palate is elegant and soft with subtle flavours of dark cherries and blackcurrants. The tannins are fine and adds great structure and length to the palate. To be enjoyed with your favourite Italian meal or cheese board sitting around the fire. Great to drink now but over time it will develop beautifully and can be cellared for 7-10 years. Enjoy!

Our 2019 Old Vine Shiraz has a wonderful deep dark red colour with purple hues. The nose is led by blackberry and dark cherry aromas with hints of nutmeg and white pepper.
The palate is powerful, yet soft with lots of savouriness, dark fruit characteristics and fine oak tannins which supports the structure beautifully, giving it length. This succulent Shiraz has great depth and is made for mid-term cellaring of 5-7 years.

2019 was another fine vintage in Margaret River that provided our vines with a long, slow ripening period for our Semillon and our Sauvignon Blanc. This resulted in fruit achieving optimal flavour ripeness and purity and ensuring all the varietal flavours can develop in a gentle pace in the vineyard.
Intensely fresh aromas of meadow hay, lime brulee and hints of passion fruit carry onto the palate and finishes crisp, clean and lingering with texture and pithiness.

Our 2016 Shiraz has a wonderful ruby red colour, with a blueberry and black cherry aroma. It also has a hint of nutmeg and white pepper.
The taste is a soft savory palate with dark fruit characteristics. There are fine oak tannins that bring all the flavour together in a smooth finish.
This succulent shiraz has great length and is made for mid term cellaring of 5 – 7 years.
2016 was a great year in Margaret River and our fruit has ripened perfectly.
Our Classic White has a pale straw appearance with a beautiful tropical fruit flavor.
The freshness of this wine makes it a great drink now with a lively palate of a mix of citrus and fresh stonefruit blending well together.
Vault No 5 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2015 is a quaffable soft dry white wine with a hint of fruit flavor.
It is great in the afternoon with a cheese platter or with a light meal of fish or even a mild curry. It is drinking well now and could be cellared to bring out more flavours over time.
